Project Introduction

From 2011 to 2018, the annual compound growth of laser equipment market sales reached 26.5%. In modern industrial production, laser cutting is more widely used in sheet metal, plastic, glass, ceramics, semiconductors, textiles, wood, paper and other materials processing. Its applications in major heavy industries and light industries are also becoming popular. Laser cutting accounts for more than 40% of industrial laser processing and is the most important application technology in the laser processing industry. Among them, the sales of small and medium power laser cutting equipment maintains a high growth rate, and its core laser achieved a high rate of localization. In recent years, the technology of domestic laser cutting machine has made breakthrough development, and is advancing in the direction of high power, high precision and large format. Under the background of China's intelligent manufacturing, the industrial field is showing a trend of transition from traditional processing to high-end manufacturing. Equipment requirements

This equipment requires a machine control panel to fix a monitor and connect it to the main control machine of the laser cutting system.According to the graphics designed in the computer and the professional laser cutting software, the focused laser irradiates on the metal surface and follows the machine tool to move directionally, so as to cut precisely. To get easy operation and user-friendly software interface, the equipment also needs to increase the touch function, and can adapt to the cutting site environment with lots of dust, iron filings and vibration.

For the application, the machine needs to be suitable for large dust, lots of scrap iron, and shock&vibration environment.

The required industrial monitor should be with the following functions:

After many times communication and discussion with the customer, the PM-H017SAC industrial touch display were finally chosen to connect to the master computer of the laser cutting system, to realize the touch and display function. It adopts a large-size 17" LCD screen which can meet the rich graphics and control display interface of the cutting software; the capacitive touch screen communicates with the host computer through USB; PM-H017SAC box structure and fastening interface plug-in, with good sturdiness and shock resistance; panel embedded mounting method can effectively prevent dust and iron filings from entering into the control cabinet.
