The QYT PPC-185WAC-12th Gen is the latest fanless Industrial Panel PC, equipped with the 12th generation Intel® Core™ i3 / i5 / i7 processors. This new generation Panel PC continues the compact design of its predecessor. The PPC-12th Gen series supports Windows, Linux, and Ubuntu systems and is available in multiple sizes, ranging from 15 inches to 23.8 inches. QYT offers customization for the PCAP touchscreen to meet different industrial application needs. Compared to the previous generation, the performance of the Intel 12th Gen Core i3/i5/i7 processors has increased by 24%. The memory supports up to 64GB DDR5 4800MHz with ECC error correction technology, which can detect and correct errors in real time to ensure stability and reliability during data processing and transmission. The Intel® UHD Graphics / Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics display chip provides powerful graphics processing capabilities, enabling finer image display and visual data analysis.

The PPC-12th Gen is equipped with a wide range of I/O interfaces, including 2 2.5GbE and 1 1GbE network ports; 4 USB 3.2 ports and 1 Type-C port (USB 3.0 Gen 2, DP 1.4); 1 HDMI port for independent display; and built-in expansion slots for M.2 modules (Key-E, 2230, PCIe+USB for Wi-Fi+BT; Key-B, 3042/3052, PCIe/USB 3.0+USB 2.0 for 4G/5G; Key-M, 2280, NVMe/SATA for SSD). The device also features an M.2 (B-Key) interface for integrating 5G modules, along with additional M.2 slots for 4G, LTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth modules. The full HD LCD touchscreen is protected by an IP66-rated front panel, ensuring resistance to water and dust.

Furthermore, the PPC-12th Gen series supports a wide-range power supply of DC 9V~36V, featuring OVP (Overvoltage Protection), OCP (Overcurrent Protection), and RPP (Reverse Polarity Protection). The OVP function will automatically cut off power input exceeding 40V to prevent damage to internal components. The series supports both panel mounting and VESA mounting, making it suitable for a variety of industrial environments. To assist with factory management, the PPC series can integrate with various software solutions that support data visualization, equipment monitoring, and remote control. Additionally, it supports Machine Vision Software for intelligent inspection, making IoT operations more convenient.

Low-Power & High-Performance

The Industrial Panel PC is equipped with the 12th Gen Intel® Core™ processor, offering options for the Core i3-1215U (1.2GHz), i5-1235U (1.3GHz), and i7-1255U (1.7GHz) processors. It combines Intel Turbo Boost Technology with multitasking capabilities to achieve higher performance. The memory capacity can be extended to 2 x DDR5 64GB, providing fast and efficient storage. The grounding, separate from the chassis, helps prevent damage from electrical accidents or power fluctuations. Furthermore, the PPC series supports a wide operating temperature range (-20~70°C/-22~176°F), ensuring stable performance in harsh environments. The IP66-rated waterproof front panel offers resistance to dust, oil, and water. Additionally, the DDR5 4800MHz memory has a data speed 1.5 times faster than DDR4, with dual-channel SODIMM slots supporting up to 64GB. The graphics processing capability has also been doubled. The 12th Gen Intel processor equipped in the PPC series provides stable support for various industrial applications through its robust design and industrial-grade features.

TPM Function

The TPM standard ensures secure data storage, platform authentication, and integrity auditing. The three-tier structure of TPM 2.0 allows the use of multiple keys to enhance security, providing better protection against malware and rogue applications that could compromise legitimate processes.
