Project Introduction:

The Laser Marking Machine is for making permanent marks on a variety of different material’s surfaces with a laser beam. The principle of marking is through evaporating the surface material to reveal the deep material, thus engraving exquisite patterns, trademarks and text. The Laser Marking Machine is divided into CO2 laser marking machine, semiconductor laser marking machine, optical fibre laser marking machine and YAG laser marking machine. 

Currently, the laser marking machine is mainly used in some occasions with more sophisticated requirements and higher precision. It is applied to electronic components, integrated circuit (IC), electrical appliances, mobile communications, metal products, tool accessories, precision instruments, glasses watches and clocks, jewelry accessories, auto parts, plastic keys, building materials, PVC pipe.

 

System requirement: 

The system is not only the control and command center for the whole laser marking machine, but also the carrier for software installation. Through the coordination and control to the acoustooptic modulation system and the galvanometer scanning system, it finishes the marking job to the workpiece.

Solutions: 

Industrial tablet pc applies in the laser marking machine.When the objects are moving, the photoelectric sensor captures the movement of the object and feeds back the signal to the marking system, then the marking system feeds back the signal to the IPC. After the IPC gets the signal, it sends out the signal to the galvanometer system and the carbon dioxide RF laser. The galvanometer system adjusts the X and Y galvanometer, and the RF laser sends out beam to the X and Y galvanometer , then deflects to the object that need to be marked. Its advantages are: wide working temperature, panel IP65 waterproof, moistureproof; adopting industrial high-temperature 5-wire resistive touch screen, to ensure the life of the screen; using Intel Atom processors, low power consumption; satisfying the requirement of RS485 / RS232 serial communication being adjustable.
